CAMPUS SUMMARY
Arapahoe Community College, founded in 1965 as Arapahoe Junior College, was the first two-year college in the Greater Denver Metropolitan area. The college grew out of a grassroots effort by Littleton residents who wanted to provide post-high school education in the area. In addition to the campus in Littleton, ACC has campuses in Parker and Castle Rock. In August 2019, ACC opened the ACC Sturm Collaboration Campus, a project between ACC, Colorado State University, and Douglas County School District. ACC knows that the decision to attend college is a decision you have made to invest in your future. We take that seriously with a focus on Student success. Whether you are just leaving high school, climbing your career ladder, or seeking new skills, you will find dedicated staff, committed professors, and top-notch facilities that will get you to your goals.

UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS
If you already have an associate degree in Public Services or Nursing, a Bachelor’s degree will accelerate your career and provide leadership opportunities. ACC will help you balance work, life and school with individualized support and an affordable bachelor’s degree available entirely online. A BAS in Emergency Service Administration (ESA) will provide you with the foundation and skills to advance into an entry level leadership position and practice proactive leadership in unpredictable and catastrophic situations to minimize risk to responders and the public. If you are an RN with an associate degree or diploma in Nursing or are currently in an ADN program and want to further your career, the Bachelor in Science in Nursing Completion Program (RN-BSN) may be right for you.
