ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Welcome to West Georgia Technical College – a five-campus educational powerhouse that is providing the fuel to power West Georgia’s economic engine. West Georgia Tech has more than 130 associate degree, diploma and technical certificate programs to prepare you for your dream job whether you’re right out of high school or looking to retrain for a better opportunity. We offer five campus locations, flexible hours, off-campus sites and the latest in technology for improved training – including online classes.

West Georgia Technical College, a unit of the Technical College System of Georgia, was formed July 1, 2009 to leverage the strengths of two of the state’s great technical colleges. Our mission is to lead economic and workforce development by offering students aged 16 and above learning opportunities through quality technical education programs and services. These opportunities focus on the development of academic and technical competence; critical thinking skills; social, personal and intellectual values; and an understanding of society. These services of West Georgia Technical College include adult education, continuing education and corporate training as well as technical associate degree, diploma and certificate programs.

West Georgia Tech operates five locations to better serve its community:
