North Carolina residents applying to the high School program at the North Carolina School of the Arts may attend free (no tuition, room and board, or fees). In the fall of 2001 the North Carolina State Legislature approved funding for North Carolina residents. This financial support makes attending the School of the Arts possible for many high school students who otherwise would not have the opportunity to do so. Boarding is available for students beginning ninth grade. For more information please visit www.ncarts.edu. |
