ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We encourage high school seniors to apply for admission early in the fall of their senior year and to arrange to have their first quarter grades sent to us as soon as they are available. Applications to Quinnipiac have continued to increase each year, and we will offer admission to just under 50% of those that apply. In general, we'll receive between 12,000 and 14,000 applications. Our goal for the freshman class is 1350 students.

Quinnipiac Admissions is a 'rolling admission' process, and we begin reviewing applications as soon as they are complete. We begin notifying students of our decisions starting in mid-December. Students then have until May 1st to let us know of their decision in accordance with the National Candidate Reply Date.

Any student who is placed on a wait-list will be notified between May 1 and June 1 if space is available. In past years, we have offered admission to about 10% of students who choose to remain on the waitlist.

We invite students to visit the campus through our three fall Open House programs, or to call the admissions office to schedule an interview or a group information session and a campus tour. Our toll free number is 1-800-462-1944.
